Wonkey heater motor :(

My heater moter works, sorta, it works properly on the lower 3 setings, but not on the highest, still runs, but same speed as speed #3, any comon problems with these things?

The high blower setting is usually a seperate circut from the others. It may even have its own seperate fuse. I would start by checking fuses, blower relay etc.
