I have a 72 D200 and 9? that was used as an aircraft tug in the military. The front suspension parts on my 72 are worn out and the pats on the later model look like new. It has very low hours on it. However, the parts on the later model are much beefier. Also, the later model has a Cummins in it so I know the springs will cause a stiffer ride but what about the rest? Will they even bolt to the 72 frame? I am planning on stripping both trucks down to the frame in the front and changing everything over. Will I be running into any issues I should know about before hand?
