Will a C6 Banks setup work on a ZF?

What kind of grief will I encounter when I try to put a ZF in place of my C6 with the early Banks?

it's very likely the uppipes from the manifold to the turbo will need to be modified. other than that there's nothign else different.
"diesel dog catcher" bought a banks kit from me that came off a auto truck and that was his biggest adventure when he put it in.
