Hi everyone and Merry Christmas. I recently removed this side plate off my injector pump, lined up what needed lining up and when I could turn the fuel up, I figured about half a turn. I put everything back and later tested to see the difference in power by towing another truck to a friends yard. My observations has noticed a slight increase in HP. Not much. Does anyone know how much I have to turn in order for the fuel to increase while also being within safe exhaust temp.

If you don’t have a turbo you’re not going to get much of a power increase by turning up the fuel. Any adjustment could potentially be too much and increase your egts dramatically. Get an egt gauge first then start playing with the fuel screw. Without one it’s a shot in the dark
