my t case is leaking where the halfs bolt together. i am wondering if i un bolt the halfs if any of the guts are all going to fall out. any instructions how to do this would be appreciated.

I know this isn't the proper way to do it, but i noticed mine was leaking there after the tranny swap so i drained the tcase and cleaned the case half off well with some brake clean. I used Permatex spray and seal and applyed two coats around the halves and that was months ago. Still no leaks and yes i put fluid back in.

absolutely!
comes with a flexible spray tube that i used to get near the top.
