2002 with 120,000 miles. Some say leave it alone. I have no trouble shifting or towing just like to do preventative work but time slipped by so just looking for some thoughts.

Change the oil and filter (Don't flush it... Bad mojo)

Id atleast home flush it with only 120,000 miles.

Change oil and filter, run it, then swap out some more oil again kind of deal. Sucks blowing money on the fluid to be dumped but it might make you feel more safer then having a shop machine flush it.

This is the only way to flush a 4R100 tranny. This way you flush the TC also.
