Tranny HELP!!!

Hey guys. My 1992 truck with the E4OD has been in the shop for nearly three weeks and they finally tell me that the torque converter teeth are rounded off as well as the secondary shaft. (DONT EVER HAVE FRIENDS TOUCH YOUR TRUCK WHILE YOUR NOT AROUND!) Where is a good place to get a torque converter for the E4OD for around 200-300$. Im taking just the tranny tommorow to a tranny shop thats pulling the shaft and are going to replace it for around 100$.

i've seen them for about $400, not $200-$300. if you google "E4OD Transmission" you can find the website. i think its called high torque.

talk to the guys at the trans shop they should be able to help you get a converter.
