Did you call a transport company? you may want to check to see and compare it to fuel tolls and trailer rental, plus your time. may come out not costing as much as you think. With that said there are tow dollies that will fit a full size pickup. DONT TRY AND TOW IT BACKWARDS. Not that distance. Take out drive shaft and tow forward it will handle much better. The tow dollies that pivot at the plate the wheels sit on are much better, you just cant back them up as easily.
