"token" ??

I've tried to post several times and get a message that.." the token has expired".... what is this all about. It continues to tell me to go back to pevious page...this doesn't help...I still can not search or post.
I didn't even put a 'token' in... how can it expire ?
Any suggestions ? It doesn't happen all the time, but it is very aggravating
