well I recently found out that I have a hole in my front tank when I fill my tank full the fuel indicator only goes to about three quarters of a tank. I did notice before when I would try to switch tanks it was very slow to switch between the two tanks. Now when I try to switch tanks my fuel indicator does not move it just stays at the same location so I'm not sure if I am switching between tanks or not? Just wanted to see if there is something that I have to replace in the switch or what might be my issue. Thanks in advance!

You can hear the selector valve when it switches. Slide under and get your ear near the selector, and have someone switch tanks, key in RUN but engine OFF (so you can hear better). If you don't hear it, leave the switch set to REAR, and tap the selector with a mallet - once again, key ON engine OFF. Don't hit it hard, and keep your hearing tuned to it, and listen for it to switch when you tap it.

Driver's side frame rail, inboard side, about directly below where the driver's door handle is. Six fuel lines, and an electrical connector with five wires,
