is it hard too convert a t19 to a 4x4 trans. is it worth or it or is the juice not worth squeezing

You would either need a divorced t-case or
a 4wd rear housing and output shaft. But if you have the rear housing and output shaft, you would most likely have the complete trans to drop in

I may have a tailshaft and housing soon. My t19 is worn hard but i have a rebuilt one i'm going to put in sometime
