Steering gear

Does anybody know if a steering gear from a 5.4l 2001 E350 will replace my '93 F350? This is what the seller said.

I'm without my reference books here. but instinct tell me '97MY is the cut-off on the pickups. Not sure about vans. I know they are still using non-metric stuff on the vans, but I have no proof or experience on the steering gear fit.

Thanks TC. He has MY '97 as a cut off on the vans, so I bet you are correct on the trucks and vans. For $30 it would have been a good deal!
