BTDT. I actually flew from Los Angeles to Sacramento, had a guy pick me up at the airport, bought his early bronco and drove it home that night. Found it had a loose + wire at the ignition that caused the headlights to randomly dim. Besides, I have only put 25 miles on the IDI I just bought and I'm trying to find the cash to buy another local one.
