I can send you the 8 Wellmans that I was using for the test, there all good. If you need a controller I have some brand new ones, but there the first gen controller, they work just fine, you will have to use your relay tho. PM me with addy.

You should take your valve covers off, look for a loose rocker and check the lift rods, when the rocker is up, the valve is closed and the lift rod should be still tight up against the rocker, if loose then the lifter is stuck. just have to check all the intake valves. since the popping came up the intake horn. Since it quit popping, you may have just had a stuck lifter. If your a bit low on CC oil, add a quart of ATF to the oil.
How long ago was your last oil change?

Don't know if the controller is bad are not it's probably been on longer than the Glowplugs.
Its been awhile since I've changed the oil. I'll pull the valve covers tonight.
Pm sent.
Let me know how much on the shipping and I'll paypal it to you.

Might Have Found my problem.
Took The drivers side valve cover off. Everything Looks Oiled. But the rocker arm at the far back is way loose
Same with the 3rd up
So now it's time for a Stupid Question. Would that cause the popping if those 2 Rocker Arms are Loose. They have maybe 2-3 inch of Play(Side to Side Up Down)

That's definitely not good.
Looks like it's time to pull the intake and replace lifters, pushrods and rockers

Dam! Is this something that is semi easy to do?
I don't want to tear into it and it be way to much
This sucks.
Was it the starter fluid that did it?

Its been my experience that these trucks start easy even without gpow plugs. I only use mine under about 50f. It may take 5 seconds of cranking but I'd rather burn out a starter than pull the heads.

Depending on how well the engine has been maintained, you may just need to disassemble the lifters and clean them up.
