That's off a 7.3l? The pics don't show the drive gear housing very well, but I don't see a spot for a tach sensor, and it doesn't look like the oil filler neck is integral. With the lack of a tach sensor, that looks like it came out of an early ('83 or early '84) 6.9l. The pump looks like it came off a 7.3, though

I'd be wary buying a used pump. Ecspecially one that doesn't have any of the fuel ports covered.
