parking light prolem

hello i have a 1990 f-250 7.3l diesel ........... when i go too turn my headlights on my parking lights do not come on with the headlights and when u just turn the parking lights on they dont come on at all ...... can anyone help please ....... ive put a new headlight switch in and checked the fuses

Check to make sure your plug to the headlight switch is not melted.......

Yes I have already checked that and it's not melted at all
