Non-turbo exhaust

Just a quick question, that probably could be answered by a call to Hypermax...
Will the Hypermax exhaust fit without the turbo?? I guess I would need a y pipe, but other than that??

yes hypermax does make one of the only exhaust system that goes on our trucks with out a turbo. i am not sure what it replaces or if it is worth it i have no experience with it.

Good link, I wonder if the F series pipes will fit an E? Anyone know if they will?? If I was a little closer I'd be willing to drive there.

I bastardized a Banks "y" pipe and a Hypermax exhaust on my last 6.9. It was great.

The banks Y is a true y, not a t, and it is truly 3" all over with nice smooth mandrel bends. I've not seen any others as nice.

The Hypermax 3" exhaust is similar, my only complaint was that the muffler is a straight through design, and pretty loud. Not my style, but others would like it.

All bolted right up....

Nope.
E and F drivers side exhaust manifolds are different animals. The output opening is turned differently.
