no start

I changed both fuel filters last Saturday am, everything seemed fine. We used it both Saturday & Sunday with no issues at all. Monday am it wouldn't start. Wait for glow plugs turn the key and it fires only what sounds like on one cylinder once and jsut cranks over with black fuel smoke from tailpipe. Any idea's?

Not that you should do this, because it is risky, did you try a small hit of ether to see if it would start? Since you have fuel smoke, check the glowplug system first. I know with the 7.3s when the cam position sensor takes a crap things like that happen.

Whew, I certainly would not try ether on a 6.0.. IMHO

it was 1 head gasket.
another expensive fix for ford!
