Yes.In order to make it work in the E4OD you would just use transgo's pulse width modulated to on/off lockup valve kit.

Pretty sure that comes with the shift and tugger kits anyway too,so get your shift kit (go with the tugger) first to make sure it's in there before buying separately.

If you don't already have a 1995-1997 E4OD pump with an F5 casting.........Yes.
If you already have an F5 pump.....then you'll just end up with the same thing basically as the 4R100 pump with the ON/OFF valve installed.
PRE 1995 pumps are lower volume pumps and should get the upgrade during a reman.You'll never know what you have until you inspect yours though.

If you don't already have a high volume "F5" pump and your thinking about buying this pump,verify this info I posted is correct first.I hate to mislead ya lol.I know personally I would buy an F5 but I do believe the info to be correct to the best of my knowledge.......just don't bank on it.
