Brand new to the diesel world. Looking to pick up an International Crew for a trailer puller. Will be doing lots of reading with some questions. Not afraid to turn a wrench.

Welcome to OBs. As a three time Midwesterner, all I can say is look to the South or West for a clean truck. All the mechanical stuff can be redone, but starting with a clean body/chassis will make you far happier in the long run.
