its rare that i haul heavy with my truck. most times if i'm moving a heavy load its on my trailer and not in the bed.

i just refused to pay someone $2200 to dig the hole and run my sewer line when i only have to go 10' from my lateral into the house. i rented a machine for $200 delivered and got some pipe and some stone...good to go... and ill be less then $1000 when its all said and done

hell i had an 88 ford ranger that i scraped with for 6 years and i could get 3500lbs in it try that with any little chevy pickup will u lol

I've had 5000lbs of gravel in the back of my F250, hauled it for a joke....I had 3000lbs on my 88 F150 2wd (5L/C6), the loader operator dropped some on and started to back away - I waved him back over and pointed to the F150 logo - he grinned and dropped some more on....The next load he shut the machine off to see what I had hauled - 3176lbs...He laughed and said he seen two 90's chevy's early that day struggling to carry 1/2 that........So far I've had 3000L of water on my C&C F350 4x4, probaby 6500lbs or so - drove like a town car...

i think they ride alot better when they are loaded it must be a ford thing
