Nice to see someone has saved it for a long time but now is concidering the scrapper. Hopefully it gets saved from the heap... Thanks for shareing too.

Yep, thanks, OLDBULL8. A rare classic.

The school district here was using a couple of circa 1960 Ford 1 tons for welding trucks. Haven't seen them in couple of years. Guess they're finally gone.:(

Yep, and that is why I just about have given up on local sourced trucks. Rust free will send me westward!! That's a really cool ride, could make a parade truck pretty easily. I too am a fan of keeping these rigs from the jaws of China's steel plants.
