Need timing help please?

Someone mike a effing set of dimes and post an average readingseems most of the " I need help" posts come from someone ear timming an I.P.....
Might be an issue, might be the dimes fault( don't hold its value) could be the fact of how ok they run way outta time that spawned the stroke???
