need some electric problems answeresi am having a problem

i am having a problem with my 86 ford 350 6.9 not getting no power at all no where i was about to pull to pull the motor last weekend because of a knock come to find out it was a fuel knock i undid everything to pull the motor and now i was fixing to start it and no juice i have cleaned all the grounds on the block and dont know of anything else but i did find one battery totally out of water and even when i put it on engine start still nada i am thing a ground problem is there a ground strip any where a may be forgetting thanks for the help chris fisher :draw

there are 2 grounds on the block on the bottom in front.make sure you put all the wires on the solenoid with the battery cable,only the cable going to the starter should be on a lug by itself.
