I need some serious help here guys my 94 ford f350 4×4 7.3 liter idi desiel the transmission is messed up and cant find one to fit can anyone help .

Need a bit more information, as 94 is an odd year for Ford Trucks.

Is this an IDI, or a PSD (I see that it's in the PSD section)

Automatic or Manual?

So if this is a 94 PSD, it should be a manual..... Ford didn't put an automatic behind the PSD in 94, only behind the IDI

It is an idi and a 5 speed. Manual

here’s website that will create a list of wrecking yards in your area that have transmissions that should fit your truck when you fill out the web form. Be sure to select that you want a “non-interchange” part and select the years of ‘88-‘93 and diesel to get the correct transmission
