600$ I paid for running driving working 4x4 crew cab 5 speed truck 120k. Paint was ugly, didn't start but was just the clutch switch fell off. Put it on drove it home!

Since we are talking about crazy deals I throw these two out here
1990 F-Superduty complete with welding bed $600. I trailered it home put some batteries in it and fired right up, sold the bed for $900....
1963 D-100 Power Wagon custom ordered from the factory with one ton suspension for forest service, Only one of 600, and some point 318 swapped. $300

Hey Guys
I have not posted in a long, long time but have been checking the threads at least once a month. Unfortunately it has come to the point where i need to sell my truck, i moved out of state and do not want to pay for transport and have no space at my new place. I need advice on fair rate, the truck is in kentucky, 94 f250 e40d, 4x4, ~184k. KBB has it at 4800 on the low end. The only thing this truck has going for it is it runs and drives and has a rebuilt trans a couple years back. It was my daily driver until 8 months ago but has been started and driven around the block at least once a month. The bad: bent in front bumber, bent hood, 1 headlight broke, dash lights out, very loose gear select, loose steering, 4x4 transfer case not working, exhaust rusted out, and dents and dings. Any advice on fair mkt value would be appreciated, i do not just want to off load it, i want something reasonable. I'm sad to see it go, i had plans to rebuild myself but life keeps getting in the way.

I live in Florida. Just sold my 1990 f250 4x4 7.3 idi with the factory turbo added on.

Fairly New tires
In good to excellent shape body wise...(paint etc)

Buddy of mine borrowed it, and spaced out when he went to fuel it up and filled the tanks with gasoline. Drove it about 5 miles more before the engine cooked.

I didn't have time to mess with it.

My buddy felt bad and threw me 4k for my truck and told me I could keep the truck as well. Which I sold for $2500 with the blown engine still in it.

Most of the trucks down here that are on the market are newer trucks with 280,000 miles on them and the sellers what your first born child in trade.

If I would have sold my truck before my buddy blew it up.. around 6 months ago. I could have gotten somewhere between 5k and 7k. The engine in my truck had been rebuilt a year ago and I added the turbo just after that
