You said you want to get back to that. That is a BAD start in my opinion, even after sitting 2 weeks

Ya thats about how mine starts now, unless it is super cold under 20 degree's.. Not realy a good start, but atleast it starts.. I'm thinking we both have the same or simular problem, i mite replace my return line kit AGAIN and see how that works..

For the time being, yes. My 93 is in pieces in my garage and that would vid would be great for the time being. Hopefully, after some work i can get it to lit on 1-2 seconds once its in the garage. If not, im gunna use it to take up space in my yard until spring ;Sweet

Try just replacing the o-rings. Would be easier and cheaper than doing the whole thing over again. I know i made an oppsie when i did my injectors/return lines and cut an o-ring.

That's an odd sounding starter....?

That's how my 7.3 was starting in that kind of cold. It did have a few weak/non working glow plugs though.

Both my 6.9's fire right off on the first turn of the starter though!

Im gunna set it on fire and watch it burn! J/K. I have a laundry list of things to do when its gets a turn in my garage so who knows.

Odd sounding? I dunno, but its a new Mitsu with new G31 batteries.
