Story of MY LIFE!! Except my project is still sitting after putting only 40 miles on it after a rebuild! I got so frustrated I went a bought a new set of problems (PSD). I've had the rear diff rebuilt and reverse fixed in the ZF. Just put new injectors in it too. A LOT more costly than the IDI.

That's alright. I have about 40 miles on my rebuild and now it's seized up.
