Motorcraft ZD9 glowplugs in a 6.9L

I have a 1987 with a 6.9L that has the bullet style glow plugs. Is the Motorcraft ZD9 the correct plug for the 6.9L. Several of the websites that sell these plugs only list the ZD9 for the 7.3L.

'87 6.9's used the "updated" glowplug system with the bullet ZD9's. So those are the ones you need.

Earlier ('83-86) 6.9's used the spade type glowplugs (ZD-1A IIRC).
