Have the injectors been pop tested?
I've experienced new injectors bad straight from the box.

Well, it turns out it was the injection pump. I had bought the pump a little over a year and a half ago from DIS in Texas. Apparently (according to the folks at Santa Rosa Diesel) they had done a s***** job rebuilding it . Of course, it was out of warranty
. So I bought a rebuilt 6.9L pump from the folks at Santa Rosa Diesel(a Stanadyne Dealer) and had them install and time it as well as test my injectors (which they did for free.
) So, my pocketbook is lighter, and I'm a little perplexed as to why the original rebuild failed after only 4 months of service, but I'm on the road again. Thanks again guys for helping with the troubleshooting!!
