I notice/hear when I connect a loaded trailer on my truck that it makes a squiky noise when the trailer bounces while going down the road, I figure this are the leaf springs and will like to know how to do any maintenance on them if that is possible or if I should replace something if not all. I don't see any of them cracked it just makes noise and I know is not the shocks, they are new rancho 9000.

Is that a leaf spring bushing? I can't find it by the name You say.

I don't know the technical term but they are round plastic disks attached to the ends on each spring that keep them from squeking I have several wore out on my truck. temporary fix might be to spray some kind of oil in between springs

They are nylon pads at the end of each leaf, they have a "protrusion" on the bottom that go into an oval hole in the leaf spring. The pads are not available from Ford anymore, I was able to buy some at a truck spring shop, however they were narrower since they were for dually springs. You can also find the pads online, but they want an arm and a leg for them.

In the old days it was very common to oil your leaf springs to prevent squeaking. Jack the truck up by the frame so that the axle hangs down, and squirt or spray oil in between the leaves at the ends.
