I am planning to update the engine wiring harness on my 6.9, it has the later style (7.3 ) GP controller. I have not been able to find a wiring harness breakdown and I don’t want to remove the one from old Sluf as I still want her running. Where is a good place to check to find a breakdown, or is any one out there that may have an old one that I can get to use as a guide, I want to make a new one that crosses over at the front of the engine to stay away from the heat from the turbo. I am going to move the GP controller out from the hole at the rear of the engine also. Thanks for any help.

The controller in the head at the back of the engine is not needed with the 7,3 style set up. I'm guessing that some one swapped a whole engine into your truck and just left it there. If you remove it, you can just plug that hole. Wes at Classic Diesel Designs (Thewespaul on here) sells a relocation kit for the 7.3 style controller if that's something that you'd be interested in.
