Search icanfixall 's posts. I believe that is the same one he posted a few days back that didn't include some piece of equipment that would set you back a few hundred to make it complete. The vendor looks familiar.

Also remember guys that it could be a red display unit. The seller does not mention which is a KEY point.
Once the red displays go down, they are pretty much done as where the green ones can be repaired.
From the pictures it looks like a line clamp probe is there but not the magnetic probe that is used for the damper timing tab. That being said you CAN find a green display meter with the probe and clamp we need for $150-200 from time to time off ebay if you get lucky. Anywhere from $200-350 is a fair price all day long if it has both the clamp and probe as well as being a working green display in good shape.
