Not mine... a friend gave this fellow in the next town my number because they know I like messing with diesels and biodiesel. Long story short, this 95 psd runs great but the owner says it has a massive fuel leak in the area of the intake manifold. I told him the truth and said I had little knowledge of PSD engines but I'd help all I could and do some research. So...any ideas what I might be looking for in that area? How does the 7.3 return feel to the tank? Don't the early ones use a mechanical lift pump similar to the IDI IH engines? I know the HEUI system does not use an injector pump, but beyond that I'm pretty clueless on flow direction and such...:dunno Thanks, also what is the stock fuel filter part # for it, NAPA if anyone knows it.

could be as simple as the vaccum switch on the side of the fuel bowl, a leaky hose between nthe pump and bowl. a fuel filter lid o ring, or the filter housing could be cracked, or the pump could be leaking. or one of the return hoses from the head

Clean it up good with engine degrease and then start it up, you'll find the leak quickly. Might be something as simple as the filter drain being partially open.
