I converted my truck to four wheel drive but used bolt on Ford parts. One thing I am missing is the sensor or sending unit that threads into the T-case and plugs into the wiring harness. It is located in between the input and out put on the front of the T-case. It sends a signal to the light on my dash that indicates when the transfer case is engaged. I have been to Ford and I swear they are hiring dumber people by the day. They had no idea what I was referring to and did not put a real effort into locating it or even giving me a part number. Can some one please tell me where I can find this part or at least a part number?

That and NAPA (and maybe Oreilly's) can pull up a schematic to finjd the part you need. I'd definately give teh local NAPA warehouse a shot.

I tried thier web site and nothing. I would have to go in and physicaly go over with them. I was hoping to have it waiting for me. I will not have time for trips to the parts store when I am on R&R.
