Hoist

Would this be enough to move the IDI and put the 5.9l in? I have a hard time finding any 3 or 4 ton hoist in this price range new and have not seen any used one for this much either.

That's what I used to pull my 7.3 PSD with, mine is identicle with blue paint. Worked well and I did it on the 1/2 ton setting with the turbo and all accessories off...... Basicly just pulled and set the long block.

I can attest to the strength of that one -----Mike had the eng swinging a couple days before I could get down there with my eng stand

Mike's rig had a very smooth and even release valve too...wasn't one of those you barley put your hand on and BAM----the eng drops a foot
