grinding tranny?

i have a 2002 f350 psd with a 6 speed, and it makes a gringing noise when u let the clutch out or ar rly loww speeds and in reverse, i was trhinking its a pilot bearing or throughout bearing/, what do u guys thik it could be, the truck has 60,000 miles. o and when it grinds i can feel the vibration in the clutch pedal

Is this a low-speed issue with the clutch fully disengaged or does it grind as you let the clutch out? If it's low-speed it's probably just driveline slack. If it's as you're coming off the lcutch it's likely a throw-out bearing.
