Well yesterday I shoehorned a couple of heavy equipment batteries into me ol' ford. It has been starting okay with two smaller batts as long as it is plugged in overnight. Last night I didn't plug it in so I could see how it would do with the big ones. It was 14 degrees this morning and it started right up. I did have to cycle the GPs four times though. It is nice knowing that I'll be able to start it even if it hasn't been plugged in. Big batteries are sweet, everybody should have a pair.

My Bronco has been running on the 550CCA batteries I took out of my boat last fall. So far so good. LOL
