Does anyone know if a fuel pedal position sensor can go bad without throwing a code ? 06 f350 / 6.0

rpm's will drop momentarily while driving down the road.if I keep steady pedal pressure trying to keep same rpm it will drop to an idle speed & then pick back up again. It will do this in park also, trying to keep steady rpm it will drop & then pick up again.but I see no codes that are associated.I have pulled egr & cleaned. It didn't look clogged. And I also cleaned tube leading to EBP sensor.

Well.......I ran down the road with no rpm drops & cruise worked fine . An hour later I ran down the road again & it was acting up with rpm drops & cruise would not come on.

If it acts up with cruise on, I would say the pedal isn't the problem.
Do you have a way to watch live data?
