Ray, did you get the Pensacola ones pop tested before you put them in? In my box of Pensacola "remans" I had 2 or 3 nice ones and a couple acceptable injectors but about half of them were ******* that popped lower than 1800 and had no spray pattern at all.

Pensacola stated they were all checked and I myself personally checked each one. Don't recall the pop psi but the spray patterns were not all even. As I recall some had a tighter cone pattern then others...but no leakers or ******* > doesn't mean one or a few aren't bad now. I learned a hard lesson dealing with Pensacola.
A few of my original BB's from 1988 were *******, I donated all 8 to Mel.

They're probably not the issue then. I don't know what to say then other than maybe you have some sort of parasitic drag like a sticky brake shoe/pad or something else like that. You might just have to pull the injectors and test 'em again. A slight spray pattern issue shouldn't get you down from the excellent fuel economy you had before to the abysmal economy you have now.

I filled back up the truck yesterday. 17.6 mpg.
'88 F250 with a C6 and 4:10's.
It was mostly highway (80%) and averaging 55-60 mph.

As far as I know it's all still stock parts on it (IP & Inj.) at about 130K miles, so I'm pleased with the old truck!

Truck in sig normally 15ish around town and pretty close to 20 highway.

Only real load Ive had on it for any distance was the old heavy ass 26ft camper I pulled to NC last month. I didnt quite make it 100miles before I was down to 1/4 tank and decided to fill back up. Lots of grades, with ac on, at about 70mph the whole way. I figured that avgs out to about 9-10mpg or so.

EDIT: truck is E4OD with 4.10s stock size tires.
