FS 671 detroit diesel

For Sale:
Inline 671 Detroit diesel out of a '70's model Ford truck. I pulled the head off of it to replace an exhaust valve, but never got around to finishing the project. It's a good parts motor, or slap it back together for a runner.

Asking $300/obo. Located in Sterling, CO 80751

Have RTO65013 trans from behind it too.

It's a 230hp or so inline 6 out of a dump truck. (LN8000 Ford)

Can you say Very large....extremely noisy two stroke diesel fondly referred to as Green leakers or Hondas by my father for the noisy leaky engine they are.....

Think of the show Maximum Overdrive and the Black truck with the nasty clown face that made all the noise....that is a 671 inline engine!

Maybe with a can of axle grease and a shoehorn.....and a torch , grinding wheel........
Anythings possible with enough money and time. It'd be fun to see a screamin' Jimmy in an f350, but I think you'd have part of it sitting in the front seat.
Just hollow out a nice doghouse tunnel and grab that 13 speed to go with it and there's not much you couldn't pull with that truck
