A couple of bits of irony on this.

1. The scans are such low quality because another member asked me for copies, we were dealing with really slow internet back then, I kept reducing the quality till I got a small file size.
2. The original was a in a box that never made it in the move.
3. The missing pages were the info on the RANGER , at the time I was thinking, who cares! So I skipped those pages...
