Found this truck on craiglist the other day and decided to go look at it. Its a cab n chasses that was converted to 4x4 with all new factory ford brackets and a dually ball joint 60 front.

It has a 6.9 with a c6 tranny and 1356 t case with the cv front drive shaft. It runs great and is clean of leaks but the fuel pump died pulling it on the trailer. This is the third truck thats done that to me lol. But they all sat for over a 2 years lol.

I hoped it would fit on a 17 ft trailer but ended up having an 18.5 ft wheel base lol. So I had to come back with a 25ft setup. We used the guys semi to yank it up the trailer.

I could definitly feel it back there lol,but was able to cruise 70-75 on the hour and a half trip down and 55-65 on the way back. It was about 1/8 tank there and 1/4 back taking it easy on take offs on the way back. I really need to get a turbo back on lol. She pulled it great but could have used the help.

I havent measured the bed but im thinking its around 16ft long. The cab is pretty beat but it has a near perfect core support that my truck needs, a bracket for mounting an air compressor and hydroboost already installed.

I doubt I'm going to keep. Probably going to yank the front and slap it in my crew cab for a mud truck. I've for so many projects I don't really need another lol.

i think it just looks bent because it looks like drive shaft comes down from the frame rail to the pinion about half way back giving it a sloped look.
