Ford part number question

Help! I bought new mirrors for my truck and I forgot to write down which side was left and which side was right. The part numbers are F2TZ-17696-F and F2TZ-17696-E. If I remember correctly, E would be right and F would be left, I just want to make sure before I drill holes in the doors.

If one is convex (Objects in mirror closer than they appear) it goes on the passenger side.

Nope, these are rv/trailer tow mirrors. Both mirror heads are the same. The brackets are different (slightly) between one and the other. Guess I'll wait until work tomorrow to find out.

I can't remember either...
When doing the install if you haven't consdered it think about getting some nutserts for the mounting holes. They are a little pricey if you have to buy the tool but it allows you to install/remove the mirrors without removing the door panels. Just a thought.
