I did the 3200 spring, made My own fuel PIN and replaced all the seal on the top end of the IP. It was very simple I must say, had some directions from another forum and except for a few nuts that get on the way and tools I had to combine to get to several screws I finally got it done.

Here are a few pics for anyone that want to see what the Bosch pump looks like.

One word of advice, there is a pin, spring and washer combination (some call it top hat) that is connected to the governor shaft through the 3200 spring that You MUST not EVER loose. when You do this You'll see what I'm talking about. This thing has a life of its own and will try to fall inside the pump if You don't hold it well. It happened to Me and I was trying to get it out for almost 3 days. If You can't get it out You have to remove the pump and either shake it out of it or get to the bottom of it until You find it. Luckily I didn't have to do either, I blew air inside the pump until I made it come out.

Here are a few pics of the pump and one of the pin I had so much trouble with.

Well I didn't test drive it, I'm doing all the upgrades before I drop it in the ford. But the engine sound pretty good already and revs much higher, I will do some valve adjustment today and take some more pics then I'll do the KDP.

This pump looks so simple to work on, after I finished I bleed the fuel system for a couple minutes and it started right away it surprised Me how fast that little mech pump will pull fuel.

The valve adjustment is considered vital by many 1st gen guys for the life of the engine, it is a bit tricky for Me this part but most valves seem to be with in specs.

Can't wait to get My other engine out so I put in this one, I really like how quiet it is.

So EZ were you able to drive the Doner Truck at all, It would be interesting to know the power difference before you put it in your truck.

Lookin good, keep us posted!

the truck has no tags so I just keep on My yard but I drove the truck before that and it sure has good torque. I'll drive it when I finally get it on My truck and put some gauges in to know what is going on.
