F350 bed swap

Alright Ive tried asking everywhere but nobody seems to be able to answer me. So will a 90's long bed fit 1990 f350 custom 7.3idi? I currently have a flatbed on the chassis but I would really like to put a regular fleet side bed on it. Please help me out

what's the current bed length? is the truck a pickup or c&c?
a "90's bed" should be narrowed down a little more.....

It came with a 10 foot flatbed. And yes it is a c&c

yes, if I were going to do this, I'd make some body mounts for it and weld them to the frame, I also plan to box in my frame if I ever have the body off......

of course, I'm a professional welder, and have all the equipment needed to do this, your results may vary......

with a 10ft flatbed you will have a large gap to deal with.
also, if the C&C is a dualie, you will also need to deal with modding the wheelwells to accomodate the narrower track.
with a torch and a drill, anything is possible to to.

There's a dude at our farmer's market with just such a setup. Dually 8-foot bed on a dually 10-foot (or is is 9?...) C&C. He put stacks between the cab and bed. Didn't have to modify the internal wheel wells of the bed to accomodate the track of the C&C axle. A trained eye notices how far inside the dually fenders the outer wheels sit; otherwise it looks "natural".
