Engine color??

Right now mine is still the factory grey with black oil accents. But when I decide to redo the truck with some body panels that are straight with no holes that were made with the assistance of the Highway department who don't understand that sand is much better for traction than salt which also eats up the roads themselves.

I wonder if there is any negative environmental impact with all those salts and other chemicals put on the roads? (I say to myself in a sarcastic tone...)

I'll second that. It's what I use. Would love to do one in IH red. I've got it for regular stuff, but haven't been able to find it in high temp engine paint.:dunno

ih red is a very common color around here:dunno if my engine leaked oil i wouldnt have painted it but mine doesnt leak a drop so i figured i would make it look nice and the turbo should make it run nice:D

Gold, copper or bronze metallic then (GM 442 W30 or W31 engine color); haven't seen one done. Black accessories, a little chrome here and there. Totally different.
