E4OD and a ATS Turbo

I have been told that I need the turbo version of the transmission command module if I add a factory ATS turbo to my truck.

Can anyone confirm this?

Does anyone have one they would like to part with?

What about just getting Brian from BTS to build you a better valve body, should be about the same price and you will probably get a better shifting tranny, not have to worry about the little computer. Scotty

Joe,

Why not try a B&M Transpak $75.00. That's what I put in my rig. You change out a few springs in the valve body and some new gaskets then presto...Firm hard shifts.

You do need the turbo model, or an aftermarket. It makes it shift harder to reduce the turbo lag between shifts.
