On my 93 F350 I am tired of having a defective 6 way problem. The truck is in the shop and they tell me I need a new 6 way. Duh look up my truck on your computer and they will find they replaced it 150 miles ago. I am running #2 in the back tank and a 80/20 wvo mix in the front. As my local trips are short I have not used any wvo in 150 miles since they changed the old one out. As this is the third one replaced in the last year I would like to do away with it and just use 2 electric pumps and a 3 way for the return lines. I am wondering if this makes sense or am I dreaming. I have read that you need 3- 3way valves and still use an electric pump. What am I missing. The engine has less than 3000 miles on it with everthing replaced down to the tranny. Any help will be appreciated.
