Annual service and inspections no matter the mileage.
Too bad it's not a 4x4, that would be a steal of a deal right there.

I bet every cabinet on that body is lighted inside, and it is most likely wired for 120 volt outlets somewheres. It would make someone a KILLER service truck. That thing would have enough room to mount a compressor, a couple lights and maybe on board welding capacity....
